UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent Nos. 1 to 10 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent No.11 shall be taken by the Petitioner-in-person within a period of two weeks, as last chance.

The office report indicates that Mr. Rajinder Pal Singh, Petitioner-in-Person has filed an application for permission to appear and argue the matter In-Person as applicant/Intervener and application for operational stay of the order. The said application is defective. Petitioner-In-Person shall within a period of four weeks, as last chance rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said applications.

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 5 to 34 and 36 to 38 to file the counter affidavit.

Respondent No.35 is reported to be dead. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks, as last chance file an application for substitution to bring on record his Lrs.

Mr. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Sarla Chandra, Ld. Advocate-on-Record seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.2.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent Nos.1, 3, 4 and 39 to 41 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks,, as last chance.
