It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Anil Katiyar, Advocate on 11.04.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 23.09.2011 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 6497 of 2009 barred by time by 841 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and permission to file additional documents, permission to file lengthy list of dates and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 30621 of 2011 Entitled Jarnail Singh & Ors. Versus Lachhmi Narain Gupta & Ors. arising out of similar issue and SLP(C) No. 31735 of 2011 Entitled Jarnail Singh And Ors. Versus Union Of India & Anr. arising out of same Judgment between cross parties were directed on 05.12.2011 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Aftab Alam and Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai. SLP is pending after notice category(Copy of order dated 05.12.2011 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos. 16710-16711 of 2014 @ CC 7995-7996 of 2014 Entitled Union Of India & Ors. Versus Balraj Singh & Ors. arising out of common followed Judgment was directed on 02.07.2014 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice H. L. Dattu(Now Hon'ble The Chief Justice of India), Hon'ble Mr. Justice M. Y. Eqbal and Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. A. Bobde. SLP is pending after notice category (Copy of order dated 02.07.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner gave an undertaking to file order dated 07.05.2009 as additional documents in terms of undertaking letter dated 12.06.2014 but he had not filed the same and the default was listed before the Hon'ble Court(In Chamber) on 20.11.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"As prayed for, let the matter be listed before the Court."

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 17.11.2014 filed copy of the order dated 07.05.2009 as additional documents in terms of undertaking letter dated 12.06.2014. Copy of the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
