It is submitted that Ms. Shashi Kiran, Counsel for the Appellant has on 17.02.2017 filed Written Submissions in C.A. No. 701-704 of 2017. The same has been circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Ms. Shashi Kiran, Counsel for the Appellants has on 17.02.2017 filed two separate Application for permission to file Additional documents in C.A. Nos. 11837-11840, 11847-11850 & 11829-11832 of 2016 and 701-704 of 2017,. The Applications have been registered as I.A. Nos. 5-8 and 9-12 of 2017 as mentioned above. The same are being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is also submitted that Counsel has also filed two separate Application for permission to file Additional documents in C.A. No. 11822-11825 and 11842-11845 of 2016 but the same is defective for the reason that copy of the same has not been served on other-side Advocates. However, the unregistered Applications are being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Sandeep Devashish Das and Mr. A.P. Mayee, Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 5 respectively has on 20.2.2017 filed Written Submissions in C.A. No. 5247 of 2016 but copy of the same have not been served on other side advocates. However, the same have been circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The Appeal alongwith the Applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
