UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

W.P. (C) NOS. 344/2014 & 470/2014

In both matters Mr.B.K. Prasad, Ld.Advocate has neither filed vakalatnama nor counter affidavit for respondent No.3 in W.P.(C) No.344/14 and respondent No.1 in W.P.(C) No.470/2014.

After Rule, Ld.counsel for the petitioner has not filed the spare copy. Two weeks time as last chance is given to file the same. Thereafter, Registry to take further steps.

Two weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondent Nos.1,2, & 4-7 in W.P.(C) No.344/14 and respondent Nos.2 & 3 in W.P.(C) No.470/2014 failing which the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further orders.

Ld.counsel for the appellant shall file the spare copies of the petition within two weeks, thereafter NLPA shall be issued to the unserved respondents.
