Ld.counsel Ms.C.K.Sucharita & Mr.Amit Sharma have filed the counter affidavit in each such matter where they have filed the vakalatnama. However, the Ld.counsel for the other appearing respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Viewed thus, all the matters numbered above shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under rules.

Ld.counsel Ms.C.K.Sucharita, shall provide the copy of the counter affidavit to the Ld.counsel for the petitioners within a week's time and file proof.

In all the matters numbered above, four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioners to take fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondents. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served. The served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks, whereafter no further extension shall be given.

Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders and list thereafter.
