The Writ Petition above mentioned is filed on 02.06.2014 by Mr. A.

Rajesh, Petitioner-in-person praying therein to:-

(a) Issue a Writ Order or other appropriate Writ Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No. 1 for implementing the report of the 'Expert Committee to study the various alternatives regarding the New Capital for the successor State of Andhra Pradesh and make appropriate recommendations' to be submitted on or before 31s t August 2014, which was constituted under Section-6 of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act – 2014 vide order in F. No. 12012/03/2014-SR dated 28.03.2014 issued by the same Respondent, when the said Act itself is the subject matter of this Hon'ble Court in pending Writ Petition No. 428 of 2014 for its legal sanctity with reference to the provisions of the Article-3 with respect to the definition of 'the State' as mentioned in the Article-12 of the Constitution as well as the provisions of the Preamble itself, Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles of the Constitution of India, Enacted against the procedure adopted in 'The Bombay Reorganisation Act-1960' exclusively, The Uttar Pradesh Reorganisation Act-2000, The Madhya Pradesh Reorganisation Act-2000, The

Bihar Reorganisation Act-2000 and The Orissa (Alteration of Name) Act-2011 and the Resolution adopted for 'The State Reorganisation Commission-1955' for the purpose of 'The States Reorganisation Act-1956' is illegal, contrary to the principles of natural justice and violative of the Constitution, and consequently set aside the Order in F. No. 12012/03/2014-SR dated 28.03.2014 issued by the Respondent No. 1 herein.

It is submitted that Writ Petition (C) No. 428 of 2014 filed by the same petitioner relating to Telangana issue is pending and listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.05.2014, when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice. (copy of order dated 19.05.2014 is enclosed herewith). Main matter is W.P. (C) No. 161/2014 and was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.05.2014 along with connected matters when the Hon'ble Court directed to list for further Order on 20.08.2014. (Copy of order dated 05.05.2014 is enclosed herewith)

It is lastly submitted that the Notice of Hearing for 14.07.2014 has been sent to Mr. A. Rajesh through speed post on 26.06.2014 and delivered on 03.07.2014 as per tracking report of India Post.

The Writ Petition alongwith Application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
