The Writ Petition above-mentioned is filed on 23.05.2014 by

"Issue a Writ Order or direction declaring Sections 5 and 8 of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014 as unconstitutional as being violative of the basic structure of the Constitution of India, having been enacted without following the due procedure of law and in violation of the various Articles of the Constitution of India."

It is submitted that Writ Petition (C) No. 161 of 2014 and connected matters relating to the similar issue were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07.03.2014 when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice and were lastly listed on 05.05.2014 when the Court directed to list on 20.08.2014. (Copy of Orders dated 07.03.2014 and 05.05.2014 are enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.)

The Writ Petition alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for Orders.
