"issue Writ of mandamus under Article 32 of the Constitution or any other appropriate writ or directions to the Union of India to forfeit the Andhra Pradesh State Reorganization Act 2014, etc."

It is submitted that in response to the defects raised by this Registry Mr. Debasis Misra, Advocate has on 20.05.2015 given letter. (Copy of letter dated 20.05.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is submitted that Writ Petition (C) No. 161 of 2014 and connected matters relating to the similar issue were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07.03.2014 when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice and were lastly listed on 05.05.2014 when the Court directed to list on 20.08.2014. (Copy of Orders dated 07.03.2014 and 05.05.2014 are enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.)

The Writ Petition alongwith application above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for Orders.
