The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed by Mr. Puneet Taneja, Advocate against the judgment and Order dated 30.12.2015 in SWP No. 515 of 1997 titled as "All India NHPC Diploma Engineers Council & Anr. Vs. NHPC Limited & Ors.", SWP No. 885 of 1997 titled as "O.P. Sharma & Ors. Vs. NHPC Limited & Ors." and SWP No. 849 of 2011 titled as "ALL India NHPC Diploma Engineers Council & Ors. Vs. NHPC Limited & Ors." passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Jammu and Kashmir.

It is submitted that Mr. Ashok Mathur, Advocate has on 11-04-2016 filed Caveat alongwith Vakalatama and memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 i.e. All India NHPC Diploma Engineers Council in SLP (C) No. 12586/2016 & 12588 of 2016.

It is further submitted that the Registry has pointed out some defects and the counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter on 27.04.2016 stating therein that the documents dated 05-.03.1997, 27.03.2009, 04.03.201 at page No. 393 are duly taken cared in Annexure-P-2 and hence are not required to be filed. Copy of the letter dated 27.04.2016 is annexed at Page No. 463 of the SLP paper books and Counsel has on 03-05-2016 filed proof of service of Special Leave Petition on the cavetor.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report. Dated this the 05th day of May, 2016.
