UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We are informed that despite the status quo order passed by this Court in respect of suit property, construction activity is going on thereat presumably owing to an ex parte interim order passed by the Digitally signed by DEEPAK SINGH Date: 2022.04.27 17:12:02 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

jurisdictional Civil Court.

In terms of this order, we direct all concerned to maintain status quo with regard to the suit property and stop construction work thereon forthwith. That shall be done even if construction is carried out by a third party. This order, therefore, restrains all concerned from doing any other further construction work on the subject plot.
