UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R I.A. 2 of 2010 in SLP(C)No.4028/2007 and I.A. 5 of 2010 in SLP(C) No.4024/2007 are filed by the respondents to restrain the petitioner from alloting further plots in the Ajnala Road Expansion Scheme.

Learned counsel for the Trust, on instructions, submits that if the respondents succeed, they will be given plots.

In view of the above, there is no need to restrain the Trust from making allotment. The said applications are accordingly closed.
