Ld. Counsel for the appellant has filed fresh particulars in respect of both respondents but after the passage of stipulated time. As per office report, due to the above reason notice could not be issued. On oral prayer of ld. Counsel for the petitioner, delay is condoned . Issue notice immediately.

Respondent no. 1 (namely Rohit Bhayana) has sent an email stating therein that he resides in United Kingdom and any notice or communication in the matter may be served to him through email.

List again on 16.07.2025.
