No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 5-7 & 8 despite grant of last opportunity. Service is complete upon the other respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Ld.counsel for the parties have not filed any statement of case within the prescribed period. Registry is directed to process the matter for being listed before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
