"Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to comply with the terms of the order dated 15.11.2016 of this Court in respect of respondent Nos. 6 to 9.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner shall also within a period of two weeks file spare copy in respect of impleaded respondent Nos. 10 to 17 thereafter notice be issued to these respondents. List again on 9.2.2017.
It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to filed fresh particulars of Respondent Nos. 6 to 9 and 12 spare copies of SLP for issue of notice to Respondent Nos. 6 to 9 and 10 to 17 but he has on 10.02.2017 filed only 8 copies of spare copies and has not filed fresh particulars of Respondent Nos. 6 to 9 and 4 deficit spare copies of SLP for issuance of notice. Hence notice could not be issued so far.
Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 6 to 17.
The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
