The matters above mentioned were listed before Court of Ld. Registrar on 15.11.2016 alongwith connected matters, when the Court was pleased to inter-alia pass the following order:-

As per tracking report in respect of respondent Nos.15 & 17,the postal remarks shows that "insufficient address". Hence, Ld. counsel for the petitioner shall file the spare copies and latest particulars of the said respondents within a period of four weeks.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.10, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner shall file the spare copies and latest particulars of the respondent Nos.8,9,11,12,14,16 & 19 within a period of four weeks.

Office shall also enquire about the fate of the notices sent to these respondents earlier under registered cover from the concerned postal authorities.

List the matter again on 16.12.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies and latest particulars of the Respondent Nos. 8, 9, 11, 12, 14 to 16, 17 & 19. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 10 though served. Postal enquiry letter was issued on 19.11.2016. Nothing has been received so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 8, 9, 11, 12, 14 to 16, 17 & 19.
