The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24.08.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue fresh notice returnable in four weeks. Dasti also permitted, as prayed for."

Accordingly show cause notice as well as dasti notice returnable on 28.09.2015 was issued to the Respondent/State by Registered Post A.D. on 01.09.2015 and dasti notice was given to the Counsel for the appellant for effecting service on the sole Respondent with a request to file affidavit of dasti service, but Counsel for the appellant has not filed affidavit of dasti service, so far.

It is submitted that duly signed A. D. Card in respect of sole Respondent has been received in terms of notice issued vide this Hon'ble Court's order dated 03.08.2015, but no one has entered appearance on its behalf, so far.
