It is submitted that A.D. cards duly singed have been received from respondent Nos. 13 and 18. Neither AD cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received from Respondent Nos. 8 to 12, 14 to 17 and 19 so far.

Service is not complete on 8 to 12, 14 to 17 and 19 so far.

It is submitted that there are 8 respondents in this matter. Respondent No. 1 is contesting respondent and Respondent Nos. 2 to 8 are proforma respondents. counsel for

petitioner has not filed spare copies of SLP. Hence notice could not be issued. Mr. Amit Kumar, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.
