In view of the inadvertent mistake crept in the order dated 04.07.2016, the said order is recalled and the following order is passed :-

"Issue notice.

Until further orders, the persons occupying the post of Dollois of the Jaintia Hills Autonomous District Council who are traditional chieftains may continue to function, subject to the various instructions framed by the Autonomous District Council under the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution of India."
