The matters above-mentioned alongwith other connected matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20th July, 2015, when the following order was passed:-

"Permission to file SLPs. is granted. Delay condoned. Leave granted. Reply be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks' thereafter. Parties are directed to maintain status quo till the orders to the contrary."

It is submitted that there are eight common respondents in all the matters above mentioned. Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 have been respresented by Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate. Certificate of service has been received from High Court on behalf of Respondent No. 8 but no one has entered Vakalatnama/Appearance on his behalf so far.

Service of notice is complete in all matters.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed statement of cases and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and its proviso, where the parties do not file statement of cases within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the parties do not desire to file statement of cases and they have adopted list of dates/synopsis as statement of cases.

It is also submitted that Mr. Rauf Rahim, Counsel for the Appellant in CA No. 5665 of 2015 has filed an application for change of name of appellant but the same is defective as annexure B filed alongwith application is in small font and in hazy print.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
