The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th March, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the followin order:-

"Permission to file Special Leave Petitions are granted.

Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as well as on the Special Leave Petitions. Tag with C.A. No. 5651 of 2015. Status quo, as exists today, shall be maintained by both the parties."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quote order, show cause notice was issued to all the common seven respondents on 7th April, 2016 in the above mentioned matters. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received back so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. K.V. Mohan, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 3rd August, 2015 filed a common letter stating therein that service is not complete in the above mentioned matters though the respondents in all the matters are same, further he has requested to list the matters before the Ld. Registrar's Court so that he can seek dasti service to serve the unserved Respondents.(Copy enclosed)
