UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In pursuance of our order dated 24.7.2017, Ms. V. Manjula, Additional Chief Secretary, Medical Education and Dr. S. Sachchidanand, Director of Medical Education are present.

They are required to file affidavits asserting that the State has conducted the counselling for every student and no private counselling has taken place for any seat. When we say every seat, we also mean counselling for NRI students. Let the affidavits be filed within a week hence.

List the matter after four weeks.
