For Respondent(s) UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide Award dated 27.2.2013, the Labour Court has directed to make the payment in the pay-scale of Rs.3050-4590/- with effect from 11.9.2006. It was further ordered that the workmen will be entitled for all facilities and other benefits in employment of 2 opposite party from the above date which are being given to other drivers. The High Court, in the absence of any challenge to the order, made by the workmen, has modified the date of benefit from the date of initial appointment i.e. with effect from the year 2000. If that be so, we permit the petitioner to file review petition and grant liberty to assail the order afresh, in case necessity arises. We make it clear that the review petition is permitted to be filed only with respect to the date of benefit and on no other ground. The special leave petition is disposed of. [TAPAN KR.
