It is submitted that there are 57 respondents. Mr. A. Lakshminarayanan, Advocate, has on 12th July, 2016, filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 50 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 35, 48 and 49 but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received back from Respondent No. 1 to 34, 36 to 47, 51 to 57 so far.

It is submitted that there are 65 respondents. Mr. A. Lakshminarayanan, Advocate, has on 12th July, 2016, filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 46 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 8, 13 and 20 but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received back from Respondent No. 1 to 7, 9 to 12, 14 to 19 and 21 to 45, 47 to 65 so far. ...2/-

It is submitted that there are 9 respondents. Mr. A. Lakshminarayanan, Advocate, has on 12th July, 2016, filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 8 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 6 and 9 but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received back from Respondent No. 1 to 5 and 7 so far.

Service is incomplete.
