Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
Mr.Maninder Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General has invited our attention to Section 108 (1) (j) of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 (at page No.18, of the $\mathtt{SLP}$ paperbook), and Clause 3.7 of the AICTE Approval Process Handbook (at page No.20, of the SLP paperbook), to contend, that the provisions relied upon by the High Court, in the impugned order, relate to closure of the institution, and not to the dis-continuation of a course.
Issue notice.
In the meantime, operation of the impugned order shall main stayed.
