The Special Leave Petitions above-mentioned have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 7 th March, 2017, 19th April, 2017 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.P. No. 24786 of 2016, Writ Petition Nos. 21638 of 2016 & 21678 of 2016, W.P. No. 11124 of 2017, W.P. No. 24786 of 2016 and W.P. No. 5242 of 2017 respectively.
It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that the matters above-mentioned are tagged with SLP (C) Nos. 14033-14034 of 2017 as all are arising out of similar issue. Now the matters i.e. SLP (C) Nos. 14033-14034 of 2017 is fixed for 5 th May, 2017 in Court No. 7 & Item No. 33.
It is further submitted that Mr. B. Ramana Murthy, Advocate for the Petitioner in SLP (C) No. 14237 of 2017 filed a letter stating therein that "judgments/order/notification/award/Annexure/Gos letter dated 30.06.2016 is not necessary for the present matter. Therefore, it is requested that the said defect may be ignored and matter may kindly be placed before this Hon'ble Court as it is, as the risk of Counsel for the Petitioner." (Copy of letter dated 27.04.2017 is enclosed herewith.)
The aforesaid matters alongwith applications are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
