There are two respondents in the matter. Certificate of service has been received in respect of both the respondents but no one has entered vakalatnama/appearance on their behalf so far.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 5653, 5656, 5667, 5668, 5669 AND 5671 OF 2015

There are eight common respondents in the matters. Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 have been represented by Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate and certificate of service has been received in respect of respondent No.8 but no one has entered vakalatnama/appearance on his behalf so far.

Service of notice is complete in all the matters.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties in all the matters have not filed statement of case and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and its proviso, where a party does not file statement of case within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the party do not desire to file statement of cases and they have adopted list of dates/synopsis as statement of case.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 5672 OF 2015

There are six respondents in the matter. All the respondents have been represented by Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate.

The parties have not filed statement of case and matter has been updated 'Ready' in compliance of Ld. Registrar's order dated 13th June, 2016.
