It is submitted that notice was issued on 06.02.2017 to the sole respondent by registered AD post. Mr. Gaurav Khanna, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of the sole respondent and also filed reply affidavit. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Mr. Gaurav Khanna, Advocate for the sole respondent has on 06.02.2017 filed an application for directions alongwith Annexures A-1 to A-3 and application for exemption from filing Official Translation which are registered as I. A. Nos. 2 & 3. Separate Volume of the same is being circulated herewith.
