Despite repeated extension granted for completion of proceedings between the parties, the same are still pending.

We direct the concerned Court(s) to ensure that all proceedings pending between the parties herein are proceeded together or one after the other, as may be permissible in law and disposed of expeditiously. In any case, not later than the end of December, 2022.
