UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Respondent nos. 1 to 3 have failed to file counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted, as such, further opportunity stands declined.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks time as last opportunity to file affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service in respect of respondent nos. 7 and 8.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for substitution alongwith other applications in respect of deceased respondent no. 4 in SLP No. 11470 @ 11461-75/2023 and deceased petitioner no. 5 in SLP No. 11472 @ 11461-75/2023.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed application for transposition of respondent nos.4 to 6 in SLP No. 11470 @ 11461-75/2023 as petitioners.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies in light of Hon'ble Judge in Chambers order dt.4.11.2024. It has been submitted by ld. Counsel for the petitioner that spare copies would be filed during the course of the day. Be filed. If filed, issue notice immediately and list again on 16.04.2025. However, if spare copies are not filed as above, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
