The matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 27th July,

2015, when the Ld. Registrar was pleased to pass the following Order :

"Among 17 respondents herein, respondent Nos. 5 and 10 have to file the counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks. The Ld. Counsel for respondents Nos. 5 and 10 has appeared for respondents Nos. 9 and 11 also.

The Ld. Advocate, Mr. Jayant K. Mehta has appeared for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within respective stipulated time period on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 , 9 and 11. For the remaining served respondents, none has entered appearance, List again on 24.09.2015."

It is submitted that Mr. Jayanti K Mehta, advocate has filed Vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1 and 2.

It is further submitted that Mr. Shadan Farasat, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5, 10 and 11, but no counter affidavit has been filed by the counsel for the respondents, so far.

It is again submitted that Mr. Bijoy Kumar Jain, advocate has filed proof of service by dasti on respondent No.9 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf, so far.

Service is complete in the matter.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
