UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner points out that the impugned judgment was reserved on 29.06.2018 but pronounced only on 02.03.2020 i.e. after almost one year and nine months. She submits that the petitioner had filed a memo of willingness to pay the Court fee in case of an adverse verdict which appears to have escaped attention of the learned Judge on account of this delay. which some time may be granted.

In view of the aforesaid position, we grant four weeks' time from today to the petitioner to pay the requisite Court fee as ordered by the Trial Court.
