UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The ld. Advocate for the petitioner in SLP(C) No. 15475 and 19259 of 2009 seeks some more time to take appropriate steps to confirm service on unserved respondents or to take necessary steps where some of the respondents are dead. They are permitted to file appropriate application and proof of service on or before 3.8.2011. Nobody is present for the petitioner in rest of the SLPs where notices are yet not served. As the matters are pending for more than a year for confirmation of service, if petitioner in such SLP fails to take appropriate steps by selecting appropriate mode of service before 3.8.2011, list such SLP before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for non-prosecution.
