It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Viswa Pal Singh, Advocate on 1.6.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 25.8.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 3194/2010.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 180 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 27 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 207 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that leave in SLP (C) No.11128/2009 Entitled State of Haryana & Ors. Versus Rajender Kumar & Ors. Referred to on listing proforma and page B of listing of dates arising out of similar issue was granted on 5.1.2015 by Hon'ble Court. The same is registered as CA No. 322/2015 and is pending (Copy of order dated 5.1.2015 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
