"SLP (C) 13549 of 2015

Issue notice through Speed Post, returnable on 15.05.2015.

Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

Liberty is granted to serve notice on the standing counsel for the respondents.

In the meantime, the petitioner need not resume his duties at Guwahati where he has been transferred.

It is submitted that as directed above, Show Casue Notice to all the three respondents in both the matters was issued on 11.5.2015 by speed post and Dasti. Counsel for the petitioner has on 12.5.2015 filed affidavit with proof of Dasti Service on the Central Agency Section (UOI). Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 have been served with notice. Service of notice is not complete in respect of Respondent No.3 as per speed post trackign system. No one has entered appearance in respect of all the three respondents so far.

Service is not Complete in respect of Respondent No. 3. The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
