UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
At the commencement of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants submits that since appellant No.1 - Rajiv Sharma died on 09.01.2022, he wants to bring his legal representatives on record. Learned counsel further submits that I.A.No.42261/2022 (application substitution for appellant No.1) and I.A.D.No.42267/2022 for (application for setting aside abatement of civil appeal against appellant No.1) have also been filed in this regard. The same are allowed in terms of the prayer made.
Learned counsel for the respondent seeks an adjournment on the ground of non-availability of the arguing counsel.
