Learned Additional Solicitor General states that the amount in dispute has since been paid.

The payment made will be subject to the outcome of the final decision of this petition."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to both the respondents on 22nd August, 2016, through registered A.D. Post. As per Tracking Report of Postal Authorities, show cause notice has been served on both the respondents on 27th August, 2016 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance so far.

The office report is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court for orders.
