Respondent No.1 in CA 3472/09, respondent Nos. 1 to 5, 6 and 12 in CA 3477/09 have not filed counter affidavit, though sufficient time was granted. Counsel for the appellant in CA No,.7523/09 has not complied with the earlier order to furnish the correct and latest address of respondent No.4 and has also not filed process fee and spare copies for issuance of notice to respondent Nos. 2,3, 9 and 10. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to comply with the earlier order as well as the office

report within one week failing which the matter will be listed before the Hon'ble Chamber Judge for non-prosecution.

In case of compliance, await appearance and the matter be listed on 6.5.2010
