CIVIL APPEAL NO. 5961 OF 2014

The matter above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.07.2014, When the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Admit.

List for final disposal after eight weeks. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent undertakes that the respondent will not seek implementation of the impugned order till the disposal of the appeal.

Liberty is granted to complete all the pleadings in the meantime. "

It is submitted that sole respondent in the matter is represented through Mr. S.K. Jain, Advocate and he has on 15.09.2014 filed counter affidavit. Service is complete in the

matter. Original Record is not called from the Tribunal in view of Registry's Circular dated 03.12.2014. Statement of Case has not been filed by any of the parties in the matter so far. Appeal is ready for hearing.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the sole respondent has on 09.1.2015 and 22.02.2016 filed application for permission to file additional documents and application for seeking modification of order dated 25.07.2014 and the same are registered as I.A. No. 3 of 2015 and 4 of 2016. (Copies are placed with paper books)

The matter above mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 24.03.2015, When the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List immediately after eight weeks."

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 5783 OF 2014

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.09.2014, When the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Learned counsel for the parties are agreed, that as against the same impugned order, Civil Appeal No.5961 of 2014 stands admitted. Admit. Tag with Civil Appeal No. 5961 of 2014. Learned counsel representing the respondent undertakes, that the respondent will not seek implementation of the impugned order, till the disposal of the appeal."

It is submitted that sole respondent in the matter is represented through Mr. S.K. Jain, Advocate. Service is complete in the matter. Original Record is not called from the Tribunal in view of Registry's Circular dated 03.12.2014. Statement of Case has not been filed by any of the parties in the matter so far. Appeal is ready for hearing.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the sole

respondent has on 27.02.2015 and 22.02.2016 filed application for permission to file additional documents and application for seeking modification of Court's order dated 19.09.2014 and the same are registered as I.A. No. 3 of 2015 and 4 of 2016. (Copies are placed with paper books)

CIVIL APPEAL No. 6339 and 7212 OF 2014

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.07.2016, When the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Admit. Tag with Civil Appeal No. 5961 of 2014."

It is submitted that there are six common respondents in both the matters. Mr. D.S. Mahra and Ms. Bina Gupta, Advocates have filed caveat on behalf of common respondent nos. 1 and 3 respectively in both the matters but have not filed counter affidavit. Notice of lodgment of petition of appeal was issued to common respondent Nos. 2, 4,5 and 6 and certificate of service in respect of these respondents is awaited from the Tribunal. Service is incomplete on these common respondent Nos. 2,4 ,5 and 6 in both the matters. Both the Appeals are not ready for hearing.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
