It is submitted that the matters above mentioned have been filed under Section 18 of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 against the Common Judgment and order dated 31.01.2014 of the Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi in Petition No. 382 and 381 of 2012 respectively.

It is submitted that Registry has pointed out defect that Copies of the orders dated 17.01.08, 11.07.05, 11.05.10, 28.08.08, 02.12.12, 17.8.12, 17.10.07 and 11.07.12 are required in both the matters. Counsel for the appellant has on 07.09.2015 filed application for permission to file additional documents in Appeal No. 6339 of 2014 and the same is registered as I.A. No. 1 of 2015 . (Copies are placed with paper books) Counsel for the appellant has filed a letter dated 26.09.2015 in Civil Appeal no. 6339 of 2014 stating that no other documents other than the documents filed along with appeal and application are required for preliminary hearing of the appeal. (Copy of the letter is enclosed herewith) He has on 12.09.2015 filed a letter dated 12.09.2015 in Civil Appeal no. 7212 of 2014 stating that common documents required are filed in the connected matter Appeal no. 6339 of 2014. (Copy of the letter is enclosed herewith)

It is lastly submitted that Civil Appeal No. 5961 of 2014 and 5783 of 2014 arising out of common order are pending before this Hon'ble Court and this Court on 25.07.2014 and 19.09.2014 admitted the appeals respectively. (Copies are enclosed herewith)

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
