In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to comply with the orders of the High Court as regards the payment to be effected to the concerned teachers, within six weeks from today. Let notice be served on the respondents in particulars, to the State Government. List the Special Leave Petitions immediately after service of notice is complete."

It is submitted that Show Cause Notice was issued to respondnet No. 1 in all the SLPs and respondent Nos. 23 (Common) in all the matters on 19.05.2016 by registered AD Post as well as by dasti. Mr. Shakil Ahmed Syed, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondnet No. 1 in all the matters but counter affidavit has not been filed and Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondnet Nos. 23(Common) in all the matters but counter affidavit has not been filed so far.

Service is complete in all the matters.
