Having heard learned counsel for both sides and having perused our order dated 19.07.2016 in Civil Appeal Nos. 6601-6603 of 2016, we are of the view that the institution needs to be reimbursed to the extent of 70% of the amount that has been paid out pursuant to our order dated 10.05.2016. The State is directed to comply with this order within a period of 12 weeks from today.

Hater Not Verified We make it clear that this order is passed on the peculiar Read Tacts of the case under Article 142 of the Constitution of India.

Affidavit dated 27.09.2019 in compliance of order dated 10.05.2016 passed by this Court is taken on record.
