The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 03.07.2015 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Bench at Indore in WA Nos. 151, 148, 145 & 149 of 2015 respectively.

It is submitted that the Special Leave Petition (C) CC.. No. 8073 of 2016 arising out of similar issue was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 09.05.2016 (copy of order dated 09.05.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is submitted that the Special Leave Petition (C) No. 35562 of 2015 (CC.. No. 15873/2015) arising out of similar issue was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 04.09.2015 (copy of order dated 04.09.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that there is a delay of 173 days in filing the special leave petition and further delay of 16 days in refiling the same and counsel for the petitioner has also filed applications in support, thereof.
