The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" The learned counsel for the petitioners will furnish fresh and complete address of respondent No.7 Issue fresh notice to respondent No. 7 on the fresh address, returnable within four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 19.03.2016 filed fresh address alongwith spare copies of SLP. Accordingly, show cause notice to Respondent No. 7 was issued on 01.04.2016 by registered A.D. Post as well as Dasti.

It is further submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from Respondent No. 7. Counsel for the petitioner has also not filed affidavit with proof of dasti service so far.

It is lastly submitted that name of Respondent No. 1 has been deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioner vide Court's order dated 08.02.2016. Respondent No. 26 are duly represented through Advocate. Counter Affidavit on their behalf has also been filed and included in the Paper Books. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed Rejoinder Affidavit to the Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 in view of Court's order dated 16.11.2015 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 7 only.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
