" List after four weeks. In the meantime, fresh steps for service on respondent Nos. 1 & 7 be taken."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 08.01.2016 filed spare copies of SLP for service upon Respondent No. 7. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 14.01.2016. Unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of Respondent No. 7 with remarks 'Incomplete Address'.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 12.01.2016 filed an application for deletion of Respondent No. 1. The said application was registered as I.A. No. 1 and was listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers) on 08.02.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" I.A. No.1 is allowed. The name of respondent No.1 is deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioners."

It is submitted that amended cause title is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 7.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
