Four weeks' time is granted to respondent Nos.2 and 3 for filing counter affidavit.

It is submitted that Mr. Sanjay Kr.Mishra, Advocate and Mr. Mishra Saurabh, Advocate counsel for respondent no. 1 and 2 to 4 have not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far.

TP(C) Nos. 814824 of 2015

TP(C) Nos. 814, 815 of 2015

There are 5 respondents.

It is submitted that Mr. Mishra Saurabh, Adv has filed v/a & m/a on behalf of respondent no. 2,3 but he has not filed counter affidavit on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that certificate of service has been received from High Court in respect of respondent nos. 1,4 and 5 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of notice is complete.

TP(C) 816 to 821 and 824 of 2015

There are 5 respondents.

It is submitted that Mr. Mishra Saurabh, Adv has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4 but he has not filed counter affiavit on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. T.R.B. Shivakumar, Advocate has on 27th July, 2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent no. 1 and he has also filed Counter affidavit on his behalf after serving its copy on other side.

It is also submitted that certificate of service has been received from high court in respect of respondent no.1 and 5 in T.P(C) no. 816 to 821 of 2015 and Respondent no. 5 in T.P(C) no. 824 of 2015 but no one has filed v/a & m/a on their behalf so far.

TP(C) 822, 823 of 2015

There are 8 respondents.

It is submitted that Mr. B.S. Prasad and Mr. Mishra Saurabh, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama and Memo of apperance on behalf of respondent no. 1 to 3, 4 and 5 but he has not filed counter affidavit on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. T.R. B. Shivakumar, Advocate has on 25th July, 2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent no. 1 to 3 in T.P(C) no. 823 of 2015 as well as Counter affidavit after serving its copy on other side.

It is also submitted that certificate of service has been received in respect of respondent no. 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 in T.P(C) no. 822 of 2015 and Respondent no. 6 to 8 in T.P(C) no. 824 of 2015 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of them.
