UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. The office report reveals that the respondent No.1

has already filed the counter affidavit.

Service is complete as against the respondent No.4 but nobody has cast appearance on his behalf.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has already filed the affidavit in proof of dasti service in respect of respondent Nos.2 and 3. However, the costs in an amount of Item No.152 -2-

Rs.500/- have not been deposited by him in conformity with the order dated 9.3.2011. The matter shall, therefore, be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for non-prosecution as against the said respondents

Respondent No.5 is reported to be dead. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks four weeks' time to file an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondents. Time, as prayed for, is granted to her, as last chance.

List again on 12.7.2011.
