Lrs of deceased respondent No.2 are already on record as respondent Nos.9 to 11 and counter affidavit has already been filed on their behalf.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.2 are granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.

Respondent No.4.1 has expired. Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to take appropriate steps regarding substitution of the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4.1.

It has been submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner that respondent No.4.2, who has entered appearance is daughter of deceased respondent No.4.1 and Ld. counsel appearing for respondent No.4.2 be asked to furnish the Death Certificate as well as Legal Heirs Certificate of deceased respondent No.4.1. Let Ld. counsel for respondent No.4.2 to do the needful within a week.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents, but none has entered appearance.
