Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to respondent nos.1.1 to 1.5 to file counter affidavit.

Lrs. of deceased respondent no.2 are already on record as Respondent nos.9 to 11 vide order dated 25.4.2024 passed by Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers and their counter affidavit is already on record.

Service report of notice of alternative arrangement in respect of respondent nos.3, 5, 7 and 8 is awaited as erstwhile counsel has been designated as Senior Advocate. However, Mr. Ashish K. $\mathbf{R}$ . Singh, Ld. Advocate appearing for Mr. Lather Mukul Kanwar Singh, AOR seeks for time to file vakalatnama. One week time, is Trong anted to file the same. Counter affidavit is already on record.

Respondent no.4.1 has expired. Four weeks time, is granted to Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in this regard.

Service is complete on respondent nos.4.2, 4.3 and 6.1 to 6.4, but none has entered appearance.
