These are applications for seeking permission for setting aside abatement, condonation of delay in filing of the substitution applications and, bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent nos. 1, 4 and 6 respectively.

These applications are not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent/legal representatives and are accordingly allowed.

Amended memo of parties would be filed by the applicant/ petitioner within a period of four weeks' from today.
