UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his belief, respondent No.1 is residing at the last known address for the last 12 years. A request has been made to serve respondent No.1 through the Trial Court concerned. Let the details of the Trial Court be furnished within one Signature Note ified Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps 162.834 Thin two weeks. Thereafter respondent No.1 may be served 162.834 Thin two weeks. through Trial Court concerned.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2 are already on record as respondent Nos.9 to 11.

It appears that vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.9 to 11 has not been filed till date. Ld. counsel for respondent Nos.9 to 11 is granted four weeks' time for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos.4 and 6 are reported to be dead. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in this regard within four weeks.

Four weeks' time is granted to respondent Nos.3, 5, 7 and 8 for filing counter affidavit.

List again on 6.10.2021.
